Fuctionality


The functionality of an application is linked to the productivity of your partners. We spend a lot of hours thinking of how to get a friendly and productive User Interface. The overall ergonomics of the application has been carefully thoughtout down to the smallest of details with the sole purpose of quick and easy use of the appliction as well the clear and quick retrieval of information.

Here are just some examples of this technology which is difficult to find in other applications:

  • Easy key shortcuts (key combinations) for quick opening of the frequent forms, apart from the options menu. eg wherever you are press ctrl + P ,it will  open the form of sales documents.
  •  Finding no evidence to tell him that you want. eg the customer form, whether Indicate 'PAPADOP will look for the name, but if you enter '746977' and will look to the code and VAT. You did not tell him where to look!. Of course there is the classic way.
  •  Searches across the database at any time from the search field at the top of the application. The search result is a form that looks like Google search results
  • Search by custom filters that define the users.
  •  All application forms remain in place and have the same dimensions as they were left the last time. If, for example there is a change in the position and dimensions of the form of the  articles, the next time you enter, you will be in the same position and with the same dimensions as the left them. Of course these settings are different for each workstation.
  • All registration forms, buttons are performed with a combination of keys. If you scroll the mouse over a button, the system tells you what the combination of keys are. So users use the keyboard rather than delay by using the mouse.
  • Shortcuts on the desktop.  Any work on the menu can be installed with a click of the desktop application. Each user can have their own different shortcuts.
  • Buttons are small so as  not occupy much of the desktop user.
  • Single mode and homogeneous everywhere. If you learn to enter in one form, then you can enter in all forms.
  • Informational form. eg If a document is printed, if it has informed the GL, if canceled or modified by special icons that appearion the invoice form without anymore clicks.
  • Search everywhere and with partial matching. eg if you key "GREGO"  will find the "PAPADOPOULOS GREGORY"
  • Sufficient use of the desktop . eg with just  a click the side menu bar appears and disappears. Use multiple tabs in forms for size reduction.
